Inspiring, Advocating and Strengthening God's mission agenda among the global Christian community
2. World Puzzle
The world becomes more and more puzzling. Returning words in many discussions on several topics are words like: Globalization, Gloacalization, Local. Regional, Religious Freedom, (Good and Bad) Rebels, Financial Crises, (Natural) Disasters, immigration and Diaspora.just to mention a few.
And within this puzzling entourage, sometimes evolving into a melting pot, the Global Church knows itself commissioned (and commited) to involvement in God's Mission. God's Disturbing Mission.
3. God's Disturbing Mission
The WEA Mission Commission (MC), in co-operation with the European Evangelical Missionary Alliance (EEMA), will convene its 12th Global Consultation at the Schönblick Christian Centre, in Swäbisch Gmünd, outside Stuttgart, Germany, November 6-11, beginning on Sunday with dinner and ending with breakfast on Friday. The thematic focus will be on God’s Disturbing Mission.
